FAQ’s

Am I tied into an annual account or can I cancel?
Our engagement letter only asks for 1 months’ notice to cease working with us.
I need more/less than your set packages, can items be added/removed?
Yes absolutely. We can tailor our services to meet the specific elements that you need.
Can I change package at any time?
Yes. We recognise that your business needs may change and so you can increase or decrease your services with a months’ notice.
What if I want to use software other than Xero?
We are Xero specialists and do not currently take on new clients using any other software.
Are you able to prepare my end of year accounts?
Our specialism is in bookkeeping where we provide you with a regular and robust service during the year so that you are on top of your finances. At the year-end, we ensure that your accounts are in good shape and liaise with your Accountant who will do your year-end accounts and provide you with tax advice. If you do not have an Accountant, we are happy to introduce you to some good Accountants that we already work with.
Can all work/meetings be carried out remotely?
It depends on how your business operates. In most cases, it works really well for the business to send through paperwork through to us using data capture software – via email or an app, allowing us to work remotely and to communicate with you via phone, email, Zoom etc. However, we can visit and work with you on your premises if that works better for you and if you are within travelling distance of our office or the home of the dedicated bookkeeper who will be working with you.
