Ensure Your Cash Flow Remains Positive
We all know that there is no business without cash flow and we encourage our clients to look to the next 3, 6 or 12 months to ensure their cash flow remains positive.
A cash flow forecast can be as simple as a spreadsheet with projections about what the bank balances will look like based on your expected income in the business and taking account of all the planned expenditure.
If you have a more complex business then using a Xero add software such as Fluidly or Float are a better option as they take the information they already know and project forward, leaving you to make further amends to reflect your expectations of what will happen in the future period.
