Why partner with us
We understand that as Accountants you want to use your own valuable time and staff resource adding value and providing advisory services to your clients.
You appreciate though the benefit of your clients having excellent bookkeeping in place and it makes your job easier at year end – but you don’t want to tie up your own staff resource providing bookkeeping services. You certainly won’t want to do all the other tasks that can go with bookkeeping that your clients may need e.g. credit control, supplier payments, accounts email management etc.
As busy people, often with a very diverse and/or large client base to support, your clients are needing you more than ever to navigate their way through the trials and tribulations of being a business owner and the complex financial options and issues. Spending too much time on the bookkeeping could be impacting on your operations, service and profitability of your accounting practice.

There are 3 different ways that we can partner with you!
Providing Bookkeeping Services directly to your clients
Like other accountancy practices, you can simply introduce your clients directly to us. We will engage to work with the client directly – do the onboarding, the billing, the client management and provide all the services they need on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. This can be bookkeeping and a whole range of services within a Virtual Finance Department.
This will alleviate you from needing to get involved in the day to day bookkeeping but we will communicate with you as regularly as you need and make sure that you get all the information that you need, and when you need it, so that you can focus on providing your clients with more advisory services or end of year compliance services.
As we are not accountants ourselves, you can be comfortable that we are never competing or overlapping with you and will work in partnership with you to deliver a great service to the client.
Training and supporting your clients doing their own bookkeeping
Where you have a client doing their own bookkeeping, you may find that they lack bookkeeping experience and skills using Xero software. This can cause you to have to do a lot of tidying up before you can do their year end accounts.
So we can help in two ways:
- We can train and support them to do their Xero bookkeeping better
- We can provide a year end checking service where we review and do any remedial work necessary before you do their year end accounts. This is usually much more cost effective for your clients than you doing it.
Subcontracting for your practice
We have a discreet number of accountancy practices that we provide a sub contract service for. This is sometimes on a short term basis but usually an on-going basis.
This works brilliantly if you don’t want to do bookkeeping in-house and you want a UK based company who can work directly with your clients and on your behalf. In this scenario, you bill your clients and we operate as a member of your team.
