Based in Letchworth, in Hertfordshire, Cambridge and Bedford, we work with small and medium sized businesses of all shapes and sizes located in Herts, Beds, Cambs, London and much further beyond – cloud based technologies mean that location is no barrier to who we work with.

Who runs The Bookkeeping Department?

The Bookkeeping Department is owned and run by Alistair and Lynne Moffat, experienced bookkeepers, who have a passion for working with and supporting other businesses. Prior to setting up The Bookkeeping Department, Alistair and Lynne ran a bookkeeping franchise for a number of years and it’s fair to say they have plenty of bookkeeping expertise, lots of patience and a wide range of experience working with many different types of business.
