Meet The Team

Alistair is in charge of all the bookkeeping operations. There is nothing he likes more than diving into a pile of bookkeeping paperwork and his capacity for continuous bookkeeping for long periods of time without drawing breath has to be admired. He knows his stuff and loves working with clients and his team to support them to provide ‘bullet proof’ bookkeeping services, forecasting and production planning. In his personal life, he enjoys Jazz, football and pottering around on his Vespa.

Teresa works with us to manage the office administration and systems and is also a great asset to us in terms of business development. Teresa believes in ‘delighting your customers’, so that warm, friendly approach coupled with her boundless positive energy for working on different projects and tasks, makes her a great person for ‘getting things done’. Teresa is very family orientated but doesn’t really do spare time – it’s usually filled with something she is involved in or organising.

Rochelle has worked in the finance sector since leaving school 13 years ago. She initially gained her experience as an apprentice before becoming fully qualified as a member of the AAT in 2015, which she did whilst working in practice which allowed her to broaden her knowledge.

In her spare time Rochelle likes to spend time with her family. When not doing that she likes to craft and has recently found a love for the gym.

Caroline is an experienced member of the bookkeeping team and is responsible for a whole range of clients across a number of industry sectors. The additional commitment she gives to her clients, and her ability to find humour in situations, makes her a great asset to our team! She always puts her clients first and works to find the right solution for them.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys her family time, socialising and trying new things.

Jackie has a varied background in finance and business administration. She thoroughly enjoys working alongside our clients to provide a friendly hands-on approach with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Jackie believes “Life is what you Bake it” and loves getting friends and family together for a home-cooked dinner. Her other hobbies include walking, music, and DIY.

Alice has worked in accounts for 12 years and has worked in a broad range of different roles. Alice works with us on a part time basis so can work around caring for her young son. Alice’s approach to bookkeeping and meeting new people means she is a huge asset to the team.

In her spare time alice loves to spend time with family and friends and has a keen interest in football, netball and music.

After receiving her Bachelor of Commerce degree BCom (Hons), Magita has worked in various business sectors which has given her a much broader experience of bookkeeping and accounting. She is happy to support our clients no matter what challenges they face, and she always goes above and beyond to complete her work with enthusiasm and accuracy.

She loves spending time with her family and her pride and joy are her 3 children.

Heather has experience of working in a Bookkeeping Practice after deciding to change career paths and retrain as a bookkeeper.
This was after a number of years teaching within both the primary and secondary sectors.
Heather likes to be proactive when working with her clients to ensure things run as smoothly as possible for them.
When not working, Heather is kept busy with her three primary aged children and all the many clubs and activities they get involved in.

Sonia has been working in accountancy for over 6 years and truly enjoys working in the industry. Sonia has mostly worked in practice which allowed her to gain valuable experience across a wide range of sectors and she has completed her AAT up to level 3.
Sonia enjoys working with a variety of our clients to support them with their bookkeeping needs.
In her spare time Sonia loves spending time with her family and taking care of her many pets. Sonia’s interests include music, movies, reading and cooking.

Natalie has worked in an accounts role since leaving school but took a break to have her children, after which she decided to go back to college and obtain a full accountancy qualification.
She is qualified to AAT Level 4 and is a full Licenced Accountant with AAT.  Natalie originally started out as subcontractor for us and has recently decided to join the team as a permanent member of staff.  She works on a variety of clients for us and has a wide knowledge basis.
Personally, Natalie enjoys reading, baking and walking especially with her dogs.  She also loves spending time with her family.

Kate is a highly experienced PA/Senior Administrator with over 10 years’ experience. She has worked for a FTSE 100 company and a Private Equity firm specialising in growth lending to SMEs. She enjoys working with small businesses and supporting small business owners. Kate is highly organised, proactive and loves being able to tick things off a to-do list. A productive day to her is to have made her clients working day a little easier! In her personal time Kate enjoys spending time with her young family, doing Pilates and is very involved with the School PTA.
