We are here to ensure your finances are in order and you are in control of your business.
Alistair
Director
Alistair is in charge of all the bookkeeping operations. There is nothing he likes more than diving into a pile of bookkeeping paperwork and his capacity for continuous bookkeeping for long periods of time without drawing breath has to be admired. He knows his stuff and loves working with clients and his team to support them to provide ‘bullet proof’ bookkeeping services, forecasting and production planning. In his personal life, he enjoys Jazz, football and pottering around on his Vespa.
Lynne
Director
Lynne is responsible for business development and ensuring our clients are getting the service expected. Her background as an HR manager sees Lynne bring a very ‘people orientated’ approach which ensures our clients are fully supported. She also provides bookkeeping services to a range of clients, runs our Xero workshops and supports businesses with setting up and using Xero for their bookkeeping. In her personal time, Lynne enjoys family time and putting her nose in a good book.
Rochelle
Accounting Services Manager
Rochelle has worked in the finance sector since leaving school 13 years ago. She initially gained her experience as an apprentice before becoming fully qualified as a member of the AAT in 2015, which she did whilst working in practice which allowed her to broaden her knowledge.
In her spare time Rochelle likes to spend time with her family. When not doing that she likes to craft and has recently found a love for the gym.
Teresa
Administration & Systems
Teresa works with us to manage the office administration and systems and is also a great asset to us in terms of business development. Teresa believes in ‘delighting your customers’, so that warm, friendly approach coupled with her boundless positive energy for working on different projects and tasks, makes her a great person for ‘getting things done’. Teresa is very family orientated but doesn’t really do spare time – it’s usually filled with something she is involved in or organising.
Sian
Accounting Quality Leader
Sian has been working in the finance industry for over 26 years. She started out with small business bookkeeping and accounts and then progressed in the corporate field in various roles, whilst continuing with the small business accounting.
Sian completed the AAT in 2015 and then continued to complete the ACCA in 2019.
In her spare time Sian likes to spend time with her family, particularly her children and grandchildren. Sian’s love for her dogs is unrivalled, most of Sian’s spare time is spent out walking, and playing with Lola & Nellie. Any time left, Sian enjoys reading and crafts.
Gary
Senior Bookkeeper
Gary has been bookkeeping since he left school (yes that’s quite a while) so he is a great asset to the team with his wealth of experience and understanding of what businesses need from their Xero software. Gary works directly with a large number of clients – some of the work he does from our office whilst for some clients he works on their premises as part of their team.
He has a great capacity for work, cares a lot about our clients and a nicer person you couldn’t possibly meet.
Tracey
Senior Bookkeeper
Tracey started bookkeeping not long after leaving school, she is now qualified to AAT level 4. Tracey has worked in various finance and accounting positions within company accounts departments and also for accounting and bookkeeping practices. She thoroughly enjoys working with business owners and helping them interpret the financial side of their business.
Tracey also enjoys time with her family and friends, she has a love of fitness especially running and cycling, training to compete in triathlons in the UK and abroad.
Heather
Senior Bookkeeper
Heather has experience of working in a Bookkeeping Practice after deciding to change career paths and retrain as a bookkeeper.
This was after a number of years teaching within both the primary and secondary sectors.
Heather likes to be proactive when working with her clients to ensure things run as smoothly as possible for them.
When not working, Heather is kept busy with her three primary aged children and all the many clubs and activities they get involved in.
Caroline
Bookkeeper
Caroline is an experienced member of the bookkeeping team and is responsible for a whole range of clients across a number of industry sectors. The additional commitment she gives to her clients, and her ability to find humour in situations, makes her a great asset to our team! She always puts her clients first and works to find the right solution for them.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys her family time, socialising and trying new things.
Jackie
Bookkeeper
Jackie has a varied background in finance and business administration. She thoroughly enjoys working alongside our clients to provide a friendly hands-on approach with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
Jackie believes “Life is what you Bake it” and loves getting friends and family together for a home-cooked dinner. Her other hobbies include walking, music, and DIY.
Natalie
Bookkeeper
Natalie has worked in an accounts role since leaving school but took a break to have her children, after which she decided to go back to college and obtain a full accountancy qualification.
She is qualified to AAT Level 4 and is a full Licenced Accountant with AAT. Natalie originally started out as subcontractor for us and has recently decided to join the team as a permanent member of staff. She works on a variety of clients for us and has a wide knowledge basis.
Personally, Natalie enjoys reading, baking and walking especially with her dogs. She also loves spending time with her family.
Sonia
Bookkeeper
Sonia has been working in accountancy for over 6 years and truly enjoys working in the industry. Sonia has mostly worked in practice which allowed her to gain valuable experience across a wide range of sectors and she has completed her AAT up to level 3.
Sonia enjoys working with a variety of our clients to support them with their bookkeeping needs.
In her spare time Sonia loves spending time with her family and taking care of her many pets. Sonia’s interests include music, movies, reading and cooking.
Carol
Bookkeeper
Carol works on a part time basis and thoroughly enjoys working alongside her clients in a career that she loves.
Carol worked her way up in the account’s world, after leaving school. This progressed to providing bookkeeping and accounts services for companies. Over the years she has gained vast experience in all aspects of finance, bookkeeping and accounts.
Prior to having her children, Carol enjoyed a career as a freelance bookkeeper, this gave her experience helping different clients with their individual bookkeeping needs.
Carol enjoys going to boot camp and keep very active. She also enjoys socialising, eating out and spending time with friends and family. Carol has two beautiful teenage children.
Mohammed
Bookkeeper
Mohammed has always enjoyed working with numbers, solving problems, and understanding the impact of financial decisions on a business.
Mohammed prides himself on being a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who helps businesses keep their finances accurate and organised. Mohammed provides bookkeeping services, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. His goal is to deliver accurate, confidential, and efficient support so business owners can focus on growing their business.
When he’s not at work, Mohammed enjoys staying active by playing football and going to the gym.
Kate
Virtual Administrator
Kate is a highly experienced PA/Senior Administrator with over 10 years’ experience. She has worked for a FTSE 100 company and a Private Equity firm specialising in growth lending to SMEs. She enjoys working with small businesses and supporting small business owners. Kate is highly organised, proactive and loves being able to tick things off a to-do list. A productive day to her is to have made her clients working day a little easier! In her personal time Kate enjoys spending time with her young family, doing Pilates and is very involved with the School PTA.
