Our Xero Monthly Support packages help Xero users who are:
- Businesses or bookkeepers who are completely new to Xero who want a helping hand
- Businesses who want to do their own bookkeeping in-house who need occasional support
- Businesses needing to move on to a Making Tax Digital compliant software who need some help to get started
- Bookkeepers working in a business where they are the only person with Xero expertise and need back up support

How We Help
We don’t just provide email support or refer you to online guidance. We will give you live, person-to-person support either on the phone or we can share screens on Teams or Zoom. Our team member will go through what you need, showing you step by step how to get things done, answering questions along the way, and showing you how to deal with the problem or enquiry next time it occurs.
How Does It Work?
Our Xero Monthly Support packages work around you. We offer three levels of Xero support; you simply need to let us which monthly package works for you. If you aren’t sure, we are happy to talk through the options to help you choose. Once you have decided, we will then send you a letter of engagement and a direct debit instruction that you can sign up to online. Once this is done we’ll send you all the information you need to use our services all we ask from you is that you subscribe for a minimum period of 12 months.
Our Xero Support Packages
Up to 1 hour of personal and live support per month (via phone or Zoom)
£29 per month plus VAT
Up to 1.5 hour of personal and live support per month (via phone or Zoom)
£59 per month plus VAT
Up to 2 hour of personal and live support per month (via phone or Zoom)
Annual, bespoke 2-hour online training session or 2 hours of remedial bookkeeping work done for you (following your Health Check)
£89 per month plus VAT
If you do not use up all your time in one month, or use more then this, the balance will roll on to the next month as we know that some months you will need us more than others. At the end of your 12-month period with us, you can then renew and your new year starts again. There is the option during the year to change the package you are on if all parties are in agreement and it makes sense for your business.
